I’m Gretchen Remmers, and I'm a professional coach, facilitator, and former HR executive who has been sparking the best in others for over 25 years.
I help women executives, business owners and creators find clarity and courage so they can accomplish their biggest goals.

Through years of coaching women who want to step into something bigger, I’ve seen time and time again that it only becomes possible when we learn to quiet our self-doubt and consistently listen to our wisdom.
As the resident coach on Tara Mohr’s Playing Big team, I draw on the wisdom and skills of the pioneering Playing Big model. Women who work with me learn the powerful tools to play bigger according to what that means for them.
Why is this important? Because when women think beyond the mental chatter, and take action from what’s true to them, they find more ease, a sense of purpose, and an ability to problem solve - and they move into action.

Professional Background
Before coaching, I had a successful career in HR in innovative global companies, including Genentech, Young & Rubicam, and Wells Fargo. I facilitated leadership development programs in 11 countries, led EEO and diversity & inclusion initiatives, and collaborated with senior managers and their teams to develop their greatest talent.
I then transitioned to building my own coaching practice and collaborating on teams in several outstanding entrepreneurial businesses. I became an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and a Certified Mentor Coach (CMC), coaching hundreds of women with a wide range of goals.
With this mix of a corporate and entrepreneurial background, I’ve seen first-hand the challenges that women face in both small and large scale professional settings, as well as on a personal level.
